Show your exotic wood topped basses!

  7. While not uncommon anymore, cocobolo (I think) is still considered "exotic" wood.

    Burl redwood:

    Goncalo Alves (not so exotic-looking but pretty uncommon)

    Upcoming top- zircote with lots of sapwood (you can see the body outline drawn on the board)

    Bryan, I didn't know you had a bass with a goncalo alves top, cool! It's one of my favorite exotic woods. Here's mine:

    Well, here's a buckeye burl, which is exotic enough, and a flamed koa, which you may not consider exotic.
