Here's me doing a bass cover of Hysteria by Muse for my high school talent show a few months ago, plus a little bass solo at the end I came up with. Not the best quality unfortunately, but it was filmed by my dad from the audience with a hand-held camera.

Here's a video of a slap groove where I use double stops between the thumping to achieve a phatter sound.

This is my current band, sort of heavy stoner thing. This is a promo video for a song called "The Wound".

We got a humerous reaction on "stonerrock lives.com" about this video, where a guy said that it looked like "the result of someone leaving a copy of a Kyuss CD in the staff room at the Welsh College of Music and Drama". The Welsh College is the local conservitoire!

Stealing Heather was asked to audition for a rock band reality show so we made this video (along with two others, all in one night from 10 p.m. to sunrise, ugh).
obviously not showing off any technique here!! Just playing the bass line note for note as written by the singer but it's a nice quality video. Normally I don't play with a pick but it was good for this song.

thanks for the kudos...I always get crap form our G player about the sandals....oh well! (Now i sometimes do it just to get a reaction ) If I had my way, I would wear no shoes at all, but don't want to end up in the hospital with lock jaw etc. I am told that Teva's are not metal...but they are comfortable . Which leads me to ask:

What are the best sandals for metal?

Since that vid, I have new pups in the J bass and better cabs (Avatar)...the sound is crystal clear now.
