Wow super cool! Have you ever done a YouTube stereo test? By that I mean checking that a stereo signal introduced into the aux in comes out stereo in the headphones. Of course your bass will be mono. You’d be surprised how many headphone outs are summed mono. Thx E

 

Crazy amount of stuff (features) in such a little box.

 

This is a very close 2nd in the preamp want list. It’s really a lot more than a preamp of course. This would check a lot of boxes, tiny but mighty fly rig jumps out.

Don’t check it on my account, it’s just that when the Stay-At-Home happened I started looking at what I had last in chain before FOH in a different light.
That’s where I typically have a slightly driven pre that is my default tone. When all the gigs went away I wanted a great sounding headphone amp with Aux in to be a part of that spot. I was using a small digital head with an Aux in for quite practice but it summed stereo tracks to mono, which is not nearly as enjoyable so I started paying attention. I think of that functionality as a major selling point. Thx

 

Trades on this one? I want to try it to, incidentally enough, simplify my rig.

 

I have an Alpha-Omega Ultra that needs a good home. I'm sticking with the regular Alpha-Omega run at 18v, which would be perfect in the parallel loop.

 

This functionality proved to be invaluable during the lockdown and is useful in any situation where you want to practice without being worried about disturbing others or being self conscious about jamming along to guilty-pleasure 80’s songs!
