single 15/18 sub with a 102 watt/meter rating?

    impossible to find or what?

    Impossible to find one if the spec is honest. 98dB is about as good as you can get from a direct radiating alignment, and that 98dB is measured at 100 Hz. What you'll get at, say, 50 Hz will be closer to 92dB. A driver with greater than 98dB sensitivity will deliver that above 100 Hz, and does so by sacrificing sensitivity below 100 Hz.

    No problem. But few exist, and most that do don't go all that low unless used at least in pairs. It all boils down to how low you actually need to go with 102dB sensitivity, and the truth of the matter is probably not as low as you think.
