    Hi there!

Trades update: looking for a hardshell bass case with plush interior or onboard bass preamps, particularly an older German Warwick Pre.

Have this pristine neck I received in a trade which I do not need.

Price includes shipping (CONUS) which is a steal. Priced to move!

Update: serial number indicates it was made in 2018.

This fits Fender heel width specs and features a 7.25" radius. Swapped out perfectly with my MIM Fender jazz and P necks on same body route for any Fender neck I currently have.

Pearl blocks and binding all in pristine shape. Near mint, not a scratch or mark on it.

I have two necks coming in for 2 parts bass assemblies so, one must go out.

Minimally assembled, handled and played only briefly.

Let me know if you have any questions. Just ask!

These Sire necks fit like a glove and look terrific with a Warmoth body! (or Fender, or....)
They also have an outstanding feel and are easily setup for low action/playability! GLWTS!

Thanks, @xhawk5 . Yeah, it is a nice one. I am just going for a different coloring and look. The pearl blocks clash with the color body and gold hardware I am assembling, so I don't currently have a use for it.

I believe the radius is 9.5" on these, but they do fit into Fender bodies. I did 3 swaps like this with no issues.
These are great necks for sure! They punch above their price range easily.

Sounds good! The only reason I bought it up is because mine is the same and it is 9.5 as in the description of the bass. But maybe they did different radiuses.

It is a great neck either way, good luck with the sale.

I measured again and t's a perfect 7.25" radius so, they must have indeed made various radius profiles for these necks. For good measure, I also placed the 9.5" radius gauge up to the fretboard and it rocks against the curvature.

    Photos coming shortly!

Happy New Year Etherealme - do you know if this neck is from a first gen or 2nd gen or what the year of production was?

The TB member I bought from (link above) said it was from a brand new bass. That was sold to me in 2020. I haven't found much other info in that regard. I know what's listed as a 2nd gen P7 bass on their site lists the P7 neck specs as a 9.5" radius but this is definitely a 7.25" with rolled edges to the fretboard. It's really a well made neck all around. I took some photos today and will post them soon.

I could be wrong, but the first two digits of the serial number should indicate year of production. From what I have read, 1st gen has rosewood fingerboard and 7.25 radius; 2nd gen has ebony fingerboard and 9.5 radius. Either way that is a good looking well-made neck

That would make it a 1st Gen 2018 then. Thanks!

This looks like a great neck to me. I’ve pm’d etherealme and he really seems like an outstanding guy. I need to move some old parts before purchasing——but I keep checking the thread. Someone is gonna grab this soon!!!
