SOLD Skjold Lion's Pride Custom 5

This is a truly beautiful bass from, IMO, one of the most amazing luthiers out there. It convinced me to order a fretless Lion's Pride from Pete! Unfortunately, that means there's no room for this one.

It's got a mahogany body, flamed maple top, ebony board, and Pete's amazing SC-1 split-coil pickups with the newer vol/blend/3-band Skjold/East custom pre, which IMO is one of the most versatile preamps on the market. The bass is in outstanding condition and ships in its original, extremely nice gig bag.

Looking for $2100 shipped in the lower 48. Price is negotiable. May consider trades.

My bathroom scale reads in 0.5-lb increments, and it puts the weight at 9.5 lbs. String spacing is 19mm at the bridge and two inches at the nut.

Wow, lots of interest yesterday! All PM's replied. Cash is still king, but I've had a few enticing trade offers, and I'd like to see what else is out there for another couple of days before I make my decision.
