    So a friend of mine who's playing drums has recently learned that song, he's pretty uncreative and doesn't learn to play songs but now when he learned this wich i thought was very boring we decided to do a cover on it and maybe play it on a disco in the next 2weeks...

    anyway, i kinda get bored by the bassline in the song so i decided i
    could do something with and i think a slap riff really gives the song an aggressive touch, what do you think?

    I'm going to slap the intro and chorus on the same way the drum play, so the riffs would be like this:

    Intro:

    |-----------------------6------|
    |--6------6------6-------------|
    |---------------------4---4-0--|
    |----4--4---4--4---4-----------|

    Chorus:

    |------------------3-----3-----|-----------------6-----6------||----||
    |*--------3----3---------------|--------6----6---------------*||----||
    |*---------------1---1-1----1--|---------------4---4-4----4--*||----||
    |---1---1----x-----------------|--4---4----x------------------||----||

    Am i just going to make fun of myself playing this, or do you think it would workout?

    I have also noticed that when we play this song the energy raises alot when we play the chorus which also makes us speed up a bit, and when we play the verse we slow down.. it's kinda annoying.. :cool:
