well i dont know if this is normal but today i was playing on the school bass.. not that great mind you.. its some bass called a "rox axe" or something.. well eitherway right after i finished playing it my left hand index finger tip fell asleep and its been asleep ever since..

iv played it before with no problems but it jsut fell asleep this time.. im thinking something electrical shot into my finger tip? but no other finger was effected.. could it be the bass or just somethign random coincidently at the same time as the bass? and if so why wont my fingre tip wake up? i mean im doing to my finger what i would do to another body part that would fall asleep.. im even typeing with it.. :( im scared..

you may have some kind of nerve damage in your finger .

ya its probably nothing , ive had pinched nerves in my fingers too.

drink plenty of fluids [hiccups are a sign of dehydration]

when you 're back on your feet , warm-up before playing , dont be jumpin' all over 16ths cold.

and be sure to tell your school that their bass sucks , [ after you've frankensteined it and lowered the action ;) ]

  8. Cut the finger off before it spreads.

  9. yeah screw what I said before, don't get it checked out, cut it off.

GASP!! how long ago was this?

  13. Although this one isn't particularly well suited to the task, due to the rust on the blade, you're going to want to use a blade of similar cleft. Anything smaller could tear instead of cut. When you're done, bag the finger and use an iron to cauterize the wound. Tell nobody what happened.

  15. better yet, put it in a door and slam it repeatedly till it gets mashed off.... u shouldnt feel a thing... ;)

  16. And after you cut the finger off, order a bowl of chili from Wendy's.
