I ordered a bass last Thursday from Sire, the website indicated 1-2 days for shipping. It's closing in on a week and I still have not received notification that they've shipped it, though their website now says 2-3 days (it's been 4 business days for me so far). Is this normal customer service for them? Anyone else experience this? I know they received my payment because it has been posted to my account. I will attempt to follow up on this tomorrow but feeling a little disappointed.
