I'm going to be in Las Vegas next week, and was wondering if any one had any tips on where/when I could see some fine bass players. I've heard tales of people catching some incredible bands in the lounges of various casinos.
    Thanks!

P.S. if anyone has any leads on how to get cheap show tickets, that'd be great (for me, it's pretty much cheap show tickets or no show tickets - though I might enjoy checking out some exceptional musicians more than the $100 show anyway) - Thanks again.

I've heard a few clips of him here on TB -- check this guy out. Plus, he's just such a nice cat.
