Yes,today at practice my amp stopped working, and smoke was coming out of the input jack, where i plug my geetar into...it is a Rouge RB-120BT 1x15 combo.Does anyone know what the problem is,if so,what would be an estimated price to have this repaired...thanks for any and all your help.

    Is the amp under warranty?

If smoke (or as we call it magic smoke) is coming out of your amp, that means that some component has burned up...maybe as cheap and simple as a preamp integrated circuit chip (or IC) or something expensive as a power transistor or transformer.

A service tech can tell you what's wrong with your amp, but they might charge a fee to give you an estimate (in my area they want $30 up front which would be applied to the repair bill if I have them perform the repair).

If your amp is still under warranty, contact MF (I presume that's were you bought the Rogue) and find out how they'll repair your amp. If it's brand new, they'd probably just send you a new one...

Good luck...be persistant, but be reasonable too.
