snapped my g string and busted a nut

    Boy, that sucks. I hate when that happens. Once I busted a .128 gauge non-taper low B on stage. That sucked the big weenie, not only did I have to restring during the break (which followed immediately thereafter, ha ha), but I had to loosen up the string "in a hurry" and it went out of tune on each of the next four songs.

    Life's a bitch sometimes.

    Sorry about your G string. Those are replaceable, the nuts are a little harder to come by. :)

    one time i told a friend of mine that i was doing a gig and i busted a G string.

    he looks at me and says "Well, what were you wearing?"
