    hi
well firstly im not sure where to put this so ill just chuck it in here, you mods do such a good job itll all be corrected anyway. :) well when i play(i play real hard and rough and jump around alot) i have problems with my strap coming off my strapholderthingys.

anyone know how i can stop them from doing that without using electrical tape, gaffer tape or duct tape. straplocks mabey....whatever they are i dont know but i dont want my precious babys (all 6 of em so far) to fall and be hurt.

before I got my Spector (they come with schaller strap locks installed) I would wrap bread ties around the strap buttons,it worked very well.

  7. My Fender Jazz bass came with straplocks and they are very nice. All it is a special strap pin that you replace the old one with. This has a big hole in the middle. Then you connect a special piece to your strap that is shaped like a horseshoe. This slides over the hole and a little lock goes into the hole which keeps it from coming out. The lock should NOT come out until the button on top of the strap is pressed. They work very well and keep the bass from falling off all the time. They are also helpful for someone like yourself who has more than one bass, you can actually switch straps very easily so you only need one or two straps.

  8. On a side note, what is up with you people that you have to save that much energy by typing what seems to be another language?

  9. if u dont like it then dont read it
but you can pickup some special decoding specticles that wil help you read it :)
