Hope I'm in the right forum for this. First let me say I do not work for have any involvement or work at any shop. In Dec I picked up a Snark Tuner for my 9 year old son, to be a X Mas gift. A couple weeks ago he lets me know the tuner just flops around. The tabs on the ball had snapped one off so it would not hold stationary. Checked their site sent an email to a lady named Marcy in Customer service. She said send it back and they will replace it, she sent a replacement that came yesterday. We all bash bad customer service, so I will say that this company did stand up and do their job. P.S. I have no idea where the box or resistration went for this and they still replaced it.
