The strings I soaked (rotosound funkmasters) were very bright but the A was a little dead. I soaked them for about 20 hours and swapped sets with my other soaked set witch was also the same way except it was the E. My question is. The longer you soak them will the brightness be more noticeable an does the heavier gauge strings like E and A take longer because their thicker? Thanks for any replies and I was thinking about letting them soak until this Friday.
