I've been looking for a good priced one since Christmas (well, before that as well but not seriously until then)

Finally found a good deal on a nice looking Cirrus. Didn't get the Bubinga one I wanted but I love this one. Besides the sound is amazing so I've go no complaints! :bassist:

  2. Bahbinga! who cares....

That looks alot cooler IMO ;) :D

Mmmm, I was considering getting one, but your name and attitude made me doubt .... :p

BTW, congrats on your Cirrus. Some model than mine but with an extra string.
    Enjoy it.
  5. just curious, how much did it run you, and did you buy it used or new?

Nice top - better looking top than my Cirrus' top! :spit:

  8. If you don't like it...I'll sure as hell take it.;)

I think the Cirrus is one of the nicest looking and nicest playing basses I ever played.

It took a while to find a 5 stringer for a decent price, but I finally got it :)

I also checked Bass Northwest and Bass Central a lot too. Though I didn't find one before I found this one on ebay.

I saw a lot of good deals on 4 and 6 stringers, but took forever to find a good deal on a 5. Don't know why. I saw lots of good deals back when I had no money for a bass :meh:

Oh well. I guess good things come to those who wait :D

Thanks :) I'm rather fond of it. Which is kind of funny because I never liked any of the maple Cirri I've seen. Until i saw this one. I love the tiger-like waves in it. I was gonna wait til I found a bubinga, but this one was just too much to resist.
  13. So sexy. I do believe I like the maple better than the bubinga.

Congrats! And post some sound clips. :D

I've got a six string Cirrus and I love it. It really cuts thru the mix and has great tonal variety. You will enjoy it the more you play it!
