    ...Ibanez btb405qmhs looking like this:

And i just wanna throw it out of the window...
The thing has fret buzz on every single string on ever single tone...
You have to do a very light touch if you dont want fret buzz..

I tried to higher the action but nothing happened so should i take
it to a music store and tell them to fix it for me?...

I've had it for 3days and can return it before 30 days...
But i dont really wanna pay the =#(¤/¤/ shipping back
    wich is 23eur.

I say return it. There are too many good basses out there to put up with something like this.

If you really like the sound how it looks, then have it set-up to your liking. You will probably need to have the frets leveled and much more work done to it if it is already this much of a problem.

Must have been built on a Friday afternoon. :rollno: Or maybe Ibanez is just crap now. I have an older BTB. It's a 505, which is a 5 string with a swamp ash body and no top. I love mine but yours sounds like you should look for something else.

Most likely, the bass was shipped to you in the cold weather, and in such conditions, the neck might change a little. A truss rod adjustment may do the trick.

It probaly just needs a simple setup - search here and you'll find a link to the Mr. Gearhead (Fender) Bass Setup Guide.

Setups are a basic skill all players should have!

    BTW, moved to Setup.

you need some more relief in the neck (loosen the truss rod)
