I'm trying to figure out this relatively simple figure but am struggling. I haven't gotten around to using a spectral analyzer to help me but maybe someone knows/can hear what's going on in the first 8 bars.

Initially I thought is was just root-fifth double stops but that doesn't sound right, especially on the bar 4 change and bar 8 "turnaround"

    Tune: So Tired

    Bar 4 - Db&Ab to C&G (double stop 5ths.)
    Bar 8 - G&D to Gb&Db to F&C (double stop 5ths.)
This is what I hear there.
