"I'd be in for one - without the class D amp" was what I wanted to write :D
Yet, thinking about it, the class D would be useful as backup, too; having main amp and backup amp in one - might be something, so: great idea, IMHO!

I would never use the class D part unless of dire emergency :D

So, a week has past since post #1.
Some extra great ideas have been added:
A reissue of the Ampeg basses, the B100R and a new idea as well: the Heritage Micro CL/VR with matching 210 cab with Heritage tens inside.
Well over 80 votes also, which brings me to the frontrunners at this point:
At second place (shared): the D.I. with a tube and the PF-200T.
The frontrunner.......: The 200 watts Classic SVT head!
(lots of votes in total for 200 watts solutions, indeed)

    My personal favorite: A PF-100T
(and Ampeg bumperstickers, to show my love for Ampeg :))
My personal prediction: A D.I. with a tube
(but I'm wrong with predictions most of the time, so in other words: totally no idea whatsoever)

Thanks everyone for all the creative and fun posts, and if you'd like to share more thoughts, please do!
