    hi everybody,
    i have this warwick replica 5 string and im thinking of replacing the pickups cause they really suck !!
    but i dont have the high end options cause im a student.
    so what do you say ?

  3. Maybe the Kent Armstrong's. But I don't see how replacing cheap pickups with other cheap pickups will solve anything. I don't know what the prices for pickups are in your country, but I think it would be better to save a little more and get some good ones. Just my oppinion.

    well...here pickups cost a lot !!
    i guess you're right but everytime i want to play
    slap the sound is so crappy !!
    it's more crap then the low cost basses sound.
    (that's what you get for a 170$ bass).
    i have two good basses with good sound and the replice sounds ok if i dont slap,
    so i was thinking maybe i should replace just one pickup.
