I recently acquired this in a deal I could not pass up. Unfortunately I cannot afford to keep it. This is by far the nicest Fender I've ever played. Come to think of it, I think this is the nicest bass I've ever played, and I've played many. Approx. 7 lbs on the bathroom scale Includes all original case candy The bass has some fairly new GHS strings on it that still sound bright and punchy. The tone is similar to that of a USA Jazz Deluxe but with much more clarity and punch. The action is low without a single dead spot or buzzing spot that I've noticed...it is set up perfectly in my opinion and extremely comfortable to play. I don't have a strap, though Schaller straplocks are installed on the body (the only modification that was made since purchase.) The fingerboard has been freshly oiled and the bass was just cleaned. $1600 shipped in the lower 48. No trades, no international at this time. PM or, better yet, e-mail me if interested.
