Excuse my lack of skillful playing; here are some quick clips that I made of my Fodera Emperor Elite 5. They should give a basic idea of some of the tonal options available, although there are many more. http://www.funkycarnivore.com/foderasounds.html
that bass sounds really good! i heard them on tabcrawler. get some more setups with the pick ups. how do you down load from the minidisk onto the computer? can i down load cooledit from somewhere?
Funky- your fodera sounds great- and theres nothing wrong with your playing, either!!- enjoy!- peace- Adrian
WOAH! That is one crazy bass. So many sounds in that thing! Both you and your bass sound great FC, not to mention look great!
Sounds good funky-man! I must play that one. Is there something I'm supposed to pick-up or drop-off? What about the Outback rendezvous with Ben? Or the get together with Tom Ferjo?
Sounds great! And, I'm referring not only to the tone, but also the bass playin' Don't be so hard on yourself, man
hey funky! i have a mini discrecorder and i can't get it to record into it. i have a shure sm58 mic if that matters what exactly do you do? thanks steve
You'll need to connect the mic to the recorder. I use a Sony ECM-MS907, which is a stereo mic designed for MD/DAT machines, and connect it to the input of my portable recorder. The mic is a powered condensor style (I think). Not sure how it'd work with an SM-58.
the mic doesn't have power. i guess it would use the power from the recorder? can i just plug my bass into the recorder? it is a 18 volt preamp now. thanks steve
hey i got it to record. but directly from my bass! how do i download it from off of the recorder. i will figure it out i guess. after hearing my self play i don't like it. but right now i am blaming it on the strings! well i broke the E string so i moved all of the strings up a notch and tuned them wrong. so i am playing a three string bass! o well steve
