    I've never played one, but for $370 from a reputable dealer, I'm almost inclined to buy it.

    That is a nice bass, and has some nice features to boot.

    I hope you find a way to snag it Freaky Fender.

    Maybe you can take what you get fom your B-day and put the rest on a card, like Bikeplate suggested.

    Maybe you can get it on lay-away or something.

    oh dude i ran sound at a venue i started and one of the performers had a bass exactly like that. man it sounded good. didn't really have that much of a fretless "Mwah" but it still had great tone. it inspired me to want a fretless and a 5er. I am in love with the background of that pic... all the epi's, aggy's, EBS... *drools*
