After reading all the hoo-hah on the archives here on Reverends, I decided to keep my eyes on ebay for a while. Here's a snap of my Fishhead, it's in transit and should be in my hands on Thursday, just in time for me to leave town for 10 days. I can't wait to get back and put her to work and see if all the Reverend converts are telling it true or not :bag:

Here's the ebay link as well...

Nice score! You got a great bass for a great price! (I paid more for the 4-string I "won" on eBay).

I've got to say thanks to all who raved about Reverend basses.
My 5L got here this morning, I got to plug and play some at lunch, and all I can say is thanks, thanks, thanks, for the raves.
The 5'er is wider than either my fender of bryce j5, and that's fine with me.
    The tone *slays.*
I can't believe the Rumblefish train didn't take off enough to keep these in production. I *will* have a p/j 4 string at some point.
Dang, awesome bass, gig'ing with it tomorrow.

Well, if my input had anything to do with it, you're very welcome.

Even if it didn't, nice bass!

I read everything the search engine brought up on "reverend," and rumblefish," so I'm sure you were in there. Plug and play at lunch just makes me that much sadder they're going away :bawl:

  8. Congrats Chef, and welcome to the club. You got a great deal, too! :bassist:
