Songs for my 6-strings

  1. Hey guys,

    so i'm starting to play on a 6 strings, moving from my 4 and i'm looking for some not too hard song i could learn to play on my 6, songs that'd would really take advantage of the 6.

    any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

    That's all I can think of, Claypool is the only bassist that has influenced my playing that uses a six.

    Dream Theater isn't really that hard when you get in to it... And Myung plays some very nice lines in allmost all of the songs :D I'd recommend to try to learn DT stuff!

    yeah you should play dt stuff
    for ex. glass prison
    it may be hard for you i dont know your level but it will help to improve your 6 string tecnique
    my advice look for the tabs from six degrees of inner turbulance and train of thought. cuz he uses much more B string than other albums.
