  1. The first one is the warwick, I can tell by the end of the second sound clip, I can recognize the smack on it

    First Warwick, second Jazz, right?

  3. Wrong, The first one is Fender Jazz and the second is the Warwick.. I recorded them thru an ampeg SVP-Pro, Art Tube Compressor, and BBE sonic maximizer

I couldn't use the direct out, cause I didn't have an xlr input on the computer. I plugged it from the out of the ampeg in to the soundcard mic input.

Huh, fooled me. The second clip sounds a lot like my SX jazz. I used to own a Warwick Corvette Standard fretless that sounded nothing like the first clip, but I figured it was the EMGs that gave it such a zingy sound.

I knew what you were saying; I was just explaining why I thought the first was the Warwick and the second the Fender.
