sound i love out of amp i (used to)hate

    ooooo, i don't know where i got the idea, but i slid all my sliders on my eq down and make the knobs 5, i knew i wanted lots of mids, so that knob went up, then i pulled the sliders one by one to full, except for the 100 hz range (lowest one) and somehow, its the sound i keep hearing and wanting, and i got it! woo hoo!

    thats great that you found your sound! but can you explain your eq a little differently, I didnt really understand what you said... something with the mids boosted?

    i have a 6 band EQ, 100hz, 300hz, 600hz, 1.5k, 3k, 8k, oh yeah, the 8k is even, and the 100hz control is at -12 out of +/- 15, but it still has lots of bass.
