In many resturants you have the option of soup or salad that is included with your meal, do you usually go with the soup or salad?. I pretty much allways go for the Soup.

Depends on if they offer a Caesar salad, as well as what kind of soup they have to offer. I work at a restaurant that makes some of the best soups I have tasted, so I'm prejudiced to just... not touch the 'competition'.

Soup. I usually don't go for house salads or side salads in general. If I do eat a salad, it is big enough for a meal. I never use dressing.

Salad all the way. Soup of any kind will always be one of my least favourite foods because it's the food that can't decide whether it wants to be drunk or eaten.
  7. interesting... down under we usually have the option of salad, vegies, or chips (fries). salad is great with a heavy meal otherwise i'll choose chips or viegies depending on how healthy i pretend to be :(

I always go for soup. I never buy salads in a restaurant...they're far less expensive to make yourself than to buy at a restaurant, and they seldom have them how I like them anyways.

Salad, if it's a Caesar. Otherwise, no dice - I'm going with soup.

Yea! Probably the hardest thing I've found is finding really good potato skins though. :)

Anyway, I usually pick salad because most places either don't give you a choice, or if they do, I don't like the soup they have.

Is this thread any less useless than the thread(poll) I made about toilet paper from on top or from behind? Why was the toilet paper one looked down upon?
