The guys at Source Audio have a brilliant track record for creating crazy versatile pedals with amazing sounds. The Dimension Reverb is an all time great verb. It creates such lush and warm textures. It was only unseated by the BigSky due to my love for Shimmer and Chorale verb sounds. Roger and the boys have outdone themselves this time with the Ventris dual engine Reverb. From the looks of the layout, they have kept a lot of the DR sounds and added a whole lot more.

The tremolo and shimmer together are pure magic. This one is coming to my board and may finally unseat the BigSky. I can't wait. Bravo gentlemen.

It does sound awesome. I am glad they went with the bigger box version, the Dimension was a tough act to follow.

Hey buddy!! Long time no posts! I see @nshuman posting below too. AND, @adamaarts visited the booth today while I was buried in international distributor and dealer visits. This is like an old school TB SA reunion!

Thanks for the nice comments. We continue to learn more and more all the time. We remain very grateful to all of you for so much guidance when it comes to making our pedals and technology useful. I will never forget!

Having listened to Ventris all day today....its sounds great so far :)

  4. I haven't found an SA pedal that necessarily fits what I'm doing but you guys keep up the good work. I love seeing the consistent innovation.

I've been following the big Ventris thread on TGP and this thing is really a hit.

My favorite part is the spillover capability for the "plus" version (and the fact that there are both "plus" and "standard" options)

Never thought I would be wowed by a reverb pedal, but wow. Telling my guitarists about this one!

I really love the Echo setting on my Dimension. Will the Ventris have that setting also?

The plan is to support 100% of the Dimension, or as close as we can get.

First 2 letters of the month were correct at least! 50% success rate!

Still fighting with the spring verb sound?

Hardware and firmware very complicated. The reverb sound crafting has gone well so far.

Will this bad boy run the Nemesis engines, the way the smaller pedals share effect engines?

It sounds awesome in a recent premier guitar video though. It'll be worth the wait. The price will be kind of high but worth it I think.
