Source for 14 Hole P-Bass Guard?

    Can anyone help with a source for a 14 hole P-Bass pickguard like the one in the photo attached?

    It's either a 59-60 guard as seen on Ebay, from a MIJ 62 reissue, or it's a squier. I've seen all with the 14 hole configuration. Would prefer tortoise but white will do.
