SourceAudio Programmable EQ in parallel?

    I'm using the Boss LS-2 as my always clean/dirty blend. I'm planning to remove the MXR 6 band eq (which is in the dirty loop) and replace it by Source Audio Programmable EQ.
    I'm wondering if the ProgQ invert the phase or not, because that would be a huge problem if I put it in a parallel loop.
    Has someone place it in parallel with other pedals and have had good results?
    Any comments about the MIDI functionality? is there a notorious lag when changing presets?

    Keep in mind that there is latency going through the PEQ. It is a few milliseconds.

    The MIDI preset switching is fast (much less than a second), but it is a mechanical relay and not a silicon switch.

    I had no phase issues with PEQ when I had it in the parallel loop of my RMI Basswitch IQ DI
