Spalt Matrix

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by onebassplayer, Dec 5, 2001.

  1. Well, any other day, I would think that this was another god awful-ugly bass; but this one is interesting (am I nuts ?). Anyone ever played one of these - I would love to know how it feels - can any of you Seattleites drive over and tell me what you think ? No, I am not thinking about purchasing it, but I am curious as hell.

I can't give you the link, but that bass has already been posted here twice.

  3. Thanks JMX.... odd I have never seen it, as I am pretty much a magnet for ugly bass photos ;)

It's so fugly it broke their camera, you can see it in the last picture just near the D-string tuner. . .

    :D

  6. Feels right at home with black metal band like Cradle of Filth.

  7. sooooooooooooooooooooo, has anyone actually played one of these things ? I have a brother in Seattle, so I may ask him to drop by and try it. He's a bit strange, so I am sure he will love the body style !

Reminds me of those cutaway organ models they have in science classrooms. You know, the kind where the lungs, liver and intestines pop out.

i would have to keep that in it's case, If i woke up and caught it out of the corner of My eye on a stand it would probably make me jump.
