Quick question.. I have a P-Bass with the Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders and a 375W Genz-Benz head with "Active" and "Passive" inputs. Is the pickup so hot that I would need to use the Active input, or should I stick with passive? Thanks.

You won't hurt anything, but you won't gain (pun intended) anything either. Leave in in passive.

[EDIT] The manual on their website says that the active input is padded -10dB, so you'd loose gain if you use it with a passive bass.
