i bought a peavey sheffield equipt guitar cab for $20. only because three speaker aren't good.
i think that is is rubbing in side.
it there anything i can do?
rebuild the speakers? or should i just buy new ones?
or can i convert this cab into a bass cab?
it is sealed and big!!! bigger than a marshall cab!!
    by far.
so? and if i can what kind of speakers?
should i just get sealed speakers and figure out if there are any that fit the volume of the cab or should i make it ported? this sounds like way to much work tho.

Any reconer could recone them... Good prices at www.weberVST.com Weber VST is also a manufacturer so they offer all sorts of bonus services too (like remagnetizing the magnet, etc.)

You could put Carvin 12 in. bass speakers in it...or 4 12 in. car subs or something and have a lot of fun. Don't expect really great results though...
