  1. Nordstrand can make close to any of their own pickups in Dingwall shells. I'd ask them, first.

Just a heads up. I am planning to put this Euro4 up in the classifieds later today. Solid maple wings, natural finish, early 2000s vintage. My plan is to sell it either with an unused, to-be-installed 18v Haz preamp or naked without any preamp if you have one you prefer.

I have my eye on something so I’m looking to reduce my count of Euros.

    Please inquire within.

Someone from the shop may have said inadvertently said something to me not long ago. It may relate to your question.

I finally sat down for a couple hours of woodshedding with the White Wimbish and it looks like it's time to recycle the calluses.

Not sure. While I do play both Dingwall and Spector basses, I will note that this is the Spector Club Forum. You might have better luck posing your question on the Dingwall forum. Cheers.

Is this a sure thing? I haven't been able to get any confirmation that the Fluence soapbars will fit into anything.

Fluence pickups are the same size as the 35 and 40 series EMG pickups.

Lots of great options here. That soapbar size is pretty universal. You could go with Nordstrand and others if you wished. I had this Euro5 with a DC in the bridge position, and a P5 in the neck position and it sounded great. (Thanks to @Holdsg for the suggestion) PS... Yes, I put a HAZ in it too. Should'a hung on to that puppy.

Unlikely but it will depend on what the new owner wants to do. Just so you know, Jason at Fret Nation has a variety of Haz preamps in stock. I got this 18v flavor and bunch of Euro parts from him a couple of months ago. The price was around $300ish if I remember correctly. Can’t recommend those guys enough.

I really don't know. Last I heard the owner removed the HAZ, so I didn't ask any further. :(
    LOL, Rotosounds.
Hey Amos! Doing well, retired now. Turns out that was just old callus that needed to go. Fingers are fine now.
