Went to Mars music in Plano, Tx yesterday, they had a moderate selection of chec and USA Spectors. I have to say, my hands trembled and I began to salivate LOL. My son was with me and he's a beginning bassist, that was he first experience with the Spector brand.
One of them had the haloflash finish that looked really nice.
    I just luv 'um...let the G.A.S. begin.

Look deep into my eyes. You have to go to mars music tomorrow & buy one for you, one for your son & one for me!!!!!

That didn't work? I should of have a pocket watch swinging back & forth. :);) Be careful, once you buy one, you will definitly want another!!!

Like Pringles, "Once you pop, you can't stop", White castle, "What you crave", BK, "Have it your way".......

    ......Hey man I'm getting hungy!!!!!!

If you really consider getting a Spector, look @ the Czech's. I have the 3 USA's (pictured) & a Czech 5 & have owned a few Czech 4's & they're just as good, if not as good, as the USA models for less than 1/2 the money.
