Does anyone have experience with the Legend 6 basses. I found a guy with one for sale at a great price, but he’s in another state, so playing before buying isn’t an option.

I’ve played 4 and 5 string Spectors in years past (the Rebops), and I wondered how these compare.

    Any thoughts/opinions are greatly appreciated.

I am currently on my second one.
Both suped up with active EMG's, brass nuts and EMG BQC system preamps.
With the Legends I've found the older ones that have the "Made in Korea" upside down on the back of the headstock tend to have better fret work.

They're great value basses and can often be found used for $300 or less.

This one seems to be a bit newer. When I looked up the price for a brand new one, they appear to be priced from $929-$999. The fellow selling it has it priced at $450, but perhaps I should broaden my search to an older model...

Also, something not included in the Spector literature, the Legend 6's have dual truss rods.
