spector nsq 2000 opinions

first I'd like to say I hate you for buying the bass before I get mine. Secondly, it's a GREAT, GREAT instrument, perfect if you ask me. I'm makin the first payment on mine next Friday ... what kindof a deal are you getting on it and where (I'm not gonna try to buy this one)

 

that's pretty good, I'm gonna get mine for 995 canadian (I havent talked to the cool shop owner guy about knocking down the price yet, so it might be alot lower, who knows?).. and I'm trading in a guitar or two on it so I'll probably end up getting a nice deal too

 

Something about that price doesn't sound right... I only have a rough idea of what the exchange rate is, but I got my Q6 for $580 American, and I'm pretty sure that that's quite a bit less then $995 Canadian . If I were you I'd shop around for a lower price, and if I'm wrong, I'm sorry, I really shouldn't be talking about this anyway . Just thought I'd mention it in case I am right

Anyway, I am very very very happy with my Q6, and I'm sure that the 4 string version is every bit as good. The build quality is very good for something of that price.

 

$995 Canadian is definately high for a Q4! You can get a much better deal, I promise. I am actually selling my Q5, I love the bass, but I just ordered a Czech Spector 5 for an upgrade, so I won't need the Q5 anymore.
