Spector question~~Nino were are you man?

    Hey fellow spector nuts!~ I have i have a question! I got the oil finish on my usa 5! But what do i use to wax it with? I emailed them and they said to use butchers wax! But i cant find that stuff anywere? Anyone know were to order it from online? What do you guys use? He told me not to use the warwick wax!

    Really the guys at spector say you should wax it several times a year?

    They do???

    If so, why don't you go into your local paint store, woodworking shop, or even hardware store and ask if they either carry the stuff or if they can recommend someone who does?

    I know that bees wax is commonly recommended for oiled finished instruments.

    Cool thanks Nino~

    I went to are local home depot and they said they had nothing of the sort there! In my e-mail i also asked spector if i could use the warwick was because its just bees wax i do believe! But they said not to because there finish is diff! So if anyone finds this stuff please tell me were! I looked at lowes and all kinds of places! One dude told me it might be like this johnsons was in a yellow can!
