This is the warmest Spector I have ever played.

I spec'd this bass originally because 1) I love short-scale basses, and 2) to use on super small stages. I've loved owning it, every minute of it, but find I'm not playing it now as my band needs have changed. This is a one-of-a-kind bass that deserves to go to a player that will play it.

MODEL: NS-4H2 Shorty (based on the Gary Tallent model) custom bass
    Serial Number: #43
    DOB: 1/12/17
NECK: 3-piece maple neck, Pau Ferro fretboard, no inlays, satin finish on back of neck, bolt-on construction with Spector deep neck socket with 5 screws. 22 frets. Neck width at nut is 1 5/8"
    SCALE: 30"
BODY: Flame Maple top on Mahogany body, satin finish
COLOR: Custom Color, I call it Golden Flame
PICKUPS: Nordstrand Big Splits in EMG35 housings
PREAMP: Darkglass Tone Capsule preamp, 3-band (bass, lo mid, hi mid)
    HARDWARE: BLACK
WEIGHT: 7lbs 2.6 oz on my digital scale
    STRINGS: Labella Short Scale flats
    CASE: US Spector hard case

    Like-new condition.

Pics taken both indoors and outdoors to get a sense of true color of this bass (somewhere in between the two extremes):

decided to keep this around a bit longer. Sold some other, lesser quality basses to raise funds. This one's too good to let go.
