    Beautiful Spitfire tort P guard for sale. This is a Vintage Burgundy subtle 60's tort that had a medium relic treatment applied. Pricey guard, but it is like no other tort guard made today. I have decided to go with another project P that will not need a tort guard so I thought I'd put this up for sale. I'm sure I'll need it in the future and will regret selling it.

    62 RI. I ordered it with thumb rest holes but not pickup cover holes. It has fit a Nash and a Fender 62ri perfectly

    I love these, except... the pickup opening is too large and rounded for the classic P pickup.

    I donĀ“t get it why he does them like this.

    Anyway, they are very beautiful, GLWTS!

    There is a little bit of a gap I guess, but it never bothered me and I am really picky! For those interested, you can zoom in the picture above. That body is a USA 62RI.
