This masterpiece of Mr.Bungle - is it the best song ever made?
Maybe...but then...maybe not...
hmmm, it would help if I had heard the song.
HAHA, I'm sorry, but out of all the songs in the world, you are nominating "Squeeze Me Macaroni" by Mr. Bungle to be numero uno? I'm sorry, but that's insanely funny. I mean, given, it has insanely cool bass that is insanely funky. But the insanity that it requires to choose this as a number one song is insane. Good tune though.
I think "The Girls of Porn" is better.
I'll say it's pretty darn funny, lol. The first time I heard it, I was just cracking up. When I saw the lyrics, I liked it even more. It's goofy and fun.
i think the best should be "find her, feel her, f#ck her, forget her", by the mentors.
Holy crap, The Mentors!!! Wow. I haven't heard that name since college. Didn't they have an album called "More Fun Than An Open Casket Funeral?" And I think they did the song "Dead Girls Don't Say No", also.
I still think "Fishheads" (I have no clue who wrote it) should qualify as the best song ever.
Rolly polly fishheads.
Eat them up.
I have demo copy of that album and it's alot better than the one released in the stores.
Actually when I first heard it I couln't believe how much it had changed. I was actually disappointed.
Still a good album though.
hey! they don't wear sweaters! the don't play drums!
Yeah, and I took mine out to see a movie. Didn't have to pay to get - it - in.
yeah, man, they were regulars in the a lot of the pornos from about 11 years ago. "secretary sandwich"
mr bungle's entire first album should be called the best song ever. seeing as it ROCKS, and it's a masterpiece of modern art, and there are no breaks in between the tracks.
but this, like almost everything, is an opinion.
It always warms my heart to hear of people discovering the wonders of the Mr. Bungle recorded catalog.
California is a much better album, IMO.
all three are amazing... california is the most "listener-friendly," in a way.
i guess it depends on the day which one i find to be the best. which means, really, that they are ALL the best.
California is better than the self titled, Disco Violante is better than California.
I really like Love is a Fist and Dead Goon, but a lot of the first album blends together too much. I think California is weirder than the self titled because it's weird while not being in your face weird. The first album they were trying too hard to be weird...
mr. nice guy...
and btw the recording and mixing of the self-titled was horrible.
