This is single H version I have seen in the USA. The one you posted has a pickup like Stingray, but in the Precision position.

Yeah, Bax Music NL says 12 weeks... and Thomann didn't know about them (I did send an email three days ago).

I'm taken with this. Ticks a lot of niche boxes for me. Hope we get some samples/reviews ahead of release.

Squier Affinity Series Jaguar Bass H. -Now selling at Adorama (4/17/21) for $250... Very simple; a centered humbucker pup, one volume, one tone control, a basic bridge and open geared tuners in a lightweight mid sized frame. A very intriguing new bass with a design much to my liking! -But I think I'll wait until they're out some more and selling at Sweetwater and GC and folks are getting them so I can find out more about this new mid size Jag...
I'm also considering the (more costly) short scale Fender Mustang PJ where you can use a switch to turn it into either a mini P or a mini J. -Methinks that's equally as intriguing....
-Uh oh, GAS attack, -GAS!!!
    Enjoy,

Well, I got me the Mustang, but not the Fender PJ version. I already have two PJ's (one a short scale Mikro) and decided I didn't need yet another one... So I got the Fender Squier Mustang CV with the older Mustang's style of two small pups, And I love it! Sounds great and is easy to handle and play. Also it's generally lighter than the Squier Jaguar H's, and less expensive than the Fender PJ Mustang...

This one is in its way to me. I have a Nordstrand Big Blademan I’ll likely be installing, along with a 4 way rotary and stacked volume/tone. Should be fun.

A beauty... I very much like the simplicity of it's clean looks!
Do you know what it's weight is? I'm curious as to the Squier Jags in comparison with the Squier Mustangs...
    Thanks,

  16. Looks really cool! Also looks like the bridge is in the right place, compared to the Classic Vibe Jaguar Bass.

Looks like it is made in China with a serial number format akin to the Paranormal ‘54 Jazz Bass. If so then the quality should be above its price point!

I bought one to modify, as expected the quality is really good, the single H pick sounds great, nice to see it’s not heavily routed under the pickguard.
