Squier CV 50's Precision LPB: Refinish???

    I was wondering how hard it would be to spray a white blonde type finish, like the 55 Custom Shop Fender Precision bass, onto my Squier CV 50's Precision...without removing the LPB finish...any ideas on this, "Working man's 55 Precision?" Thanks, Doug.

    Just get a can of spray paint. :p

    It won't be hard to refinish it, but it won't come out looking stellar. I refinished a jazz bass in HS using autobody paint.

    Some local body shops might be willing to paint it for you for under $100. Again, not the greatest finish ever, but definitely usable.
