    Price drop - now $350

Squier Matt Freeman precision bass for sale. Looks like a 2010. It weighs 8.8 pounds on the bathroom scale. It's in great condition except for the back where removal of a sticker took off some paint. There's a scratch on the back as well and a little wear on the tip of the headstock. Looks great from the front. All original except for the strap buttons, plays well and the pickups are surprisingly good. The neck is a bit on the chunky side - all right, it's a ball bat. Maple board, vintage tint. Frets are in great shape. Comes with the DiMarzio strap installed. $350 shipped CONUS. If you want it shipped in a hard case let me know and I'll figure out the price with the case.

Yes, smoke-free. On the truss rod question I have no idea, I have not adjusted it as the action was perfect when I got it. I am out of town right now but I can try adjusting the truss rod when I get back home Monday night.

I am pleased to report that the truss rod turns freely and is not maxed out.

  9. I think the bass neck was supposed to resemble his 1977 P bass neck.

To anybody on the fence about this, I have the white one. I have small hands and even though the neck is chunky I don’t think it’s really that bad. The pickup is powerful. It really should say Fender on the headstock cause it’s built better than a lot of overseas Fenders.

Thanks for the input! I happen to like chunky necks, and this is a good one!

I have had one since they came out and these are great. The neck doesn't feel like a bat, and the stock electronics do the job! Get on this.
