Squier P Bass Mod question: Adding a noiseless jazz pick up at bridge!

I went from this....

and now I want to add one of these......



To make it look like this.....



But my question is, will putting in only one noiseless pick up at the bridge still allow it to be noiseless. Also, I need to add another knob for the jazz pick up. I want to make the three knobs from top to bottom be: volume, p pick up, jazz pick up and then the input jack. Can this be done? (Of course not by me, but my luthier.)
