Squier P with Maple Neck

Hi, I'm new. Please be gentle.

I am looking at this bass for about $100. Don't have much opportunity to ask the poster about it at the moment, and don't want to appear suspicious, but is this Squier color-neck combination (presumably an affinity giving what he's asking)
exist?

Just curious because they all seem to have rosewood necks in the lower end of the series.
