Hey guys, so im trying to find a suitable bridge for a bronco project when it occurred to me that the new squire SS jag bridge might work as it seems like the necks are very similar. anyone have any experience with this? I know there are other bridges that can be used, but i'd rather not spend $80 on a bridge, and id rather not have to drill the body for the string through set up. thanks. tony.
This might be of help; scroll down to post #3: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f8/squiers-playability-bronco-bass-vs-jaguar-ss-805136/
There is nothng unique about the short scale jaguar brdge , its a standard fender style bridge , just because the bass is smaller doesnt mean the bridge is to.
Cool thank you guys, i had been unable to find anything re: the jag's string spacing, but there it is. thanks.
