Has anyone ever done this? Will the NTMB Preamp fit in it? How does it sound?

I have 5 GSRs I've swapped the guts out of. I have an NTMB but I stuck in a Schecter. Haven't jacked with the 400s, but if it's an active unit with the battery ledge, you'll be okay. If it's passive and the control bay is no larger than a GSR 200, you'll probably have a problem if the NTMB you're installing has 3 modules, as does mine in the Schecter, but it has a buffer which may not be in the setup you're talking about. With 2 modules, it'll be cramped but it will work.
    Don't even think 18v, you're pushing it with 9.

No I'm going 9 volt. I'm not sure what you mean by the Battery Ledge? It is Active. The knobs are set up exactly the same as on the NTMB. Looks like it would fit... But i'm not sure. And I wouldn't want to buy something I couldn't use.
