TB'ers with 'stack' jazz bass pickup experience: Do the passive stack configuration jazz pickups alleviate the hum caused by uneven volume settings on the bass (i.e. neck pickup on '8', bridge on '10'? I'm thinking of buying a set for recording purposes. My old fretless jazz really sings with the settings I mentioned above, but it also induces hum. Thanks for any input.

One of my Morchs has stacked humbuckers made by Morch. They are dead quiet when active/passive/eq'ed etc. They also have a coil tap to make them humbuckers...sweet!

Thanks for the input folks - that's what I was hoping to hear. I've been eyeing the Seymours.for a while now, but haven't had a chance to do a hands-on check. Great product!
